Keyamo Condemns Orubebe's Show of Shame Today

Festus Keyamo a Lagos based Lawyer has condemned Godsday Orubebe actions. Keyamo said “Orubebe’s action is very disgraceful. Secondly, it threatens the unity of this country.  It was this same attitude that led to the civil war in Cote di’voire when Gbagbo’s agent entered the collation centre and tore the results that were to be announced”.
“That was what led Cote divoire to civil war that killed more than 30,000 people in that country. Orubebe should understand that his action is capable of threatening the unity and peace of this country. it is an action that we totally condemn” he said.
Mr. Godsday Orubebe, earlier disrupted the continuation of the presentation of the results today.
Shouting on top of his voice, Orubebe alleged that INEC Chairman, Prof. Attahiru Jega, had taken side with the All Progressives Congress. As Jega tried to calm him down asking to be given a chance to respond, Orubebe shouted, “Mr. Jega, You cannot continue, go to your office.”
