PDP Reps candidate,caught with 4,000 PVCs in Enugu

PDP candidate for Nkanu East/West Fed House of Rep Dr. Chukwuemeka Ujam was caught yesterday by the military with 4,000 pvcs at Ozalla, Nkanu East LGA, Enugu State. Ujam is the immediate past Commissioner for Land in Enugu State.
