Alao-Akala of LP Use Buhari's Picture For His Campaign

The All Progressive Congress, APC has slammd former Oyo State Governor, Alao Akala who is the Labour Party Governorship candidate for using a photo
of the President-elect, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari alongside his own picture on his new posters that flooded Ibadan yesterday shortly after Buhari was declared the winner of the Presidential election. However, the Oyo State APC said the reason why the former Governor has a photo of Buhari on his campaign poster is  because he wants votes of sympathy from the people of Oyo.
The Director of Publicity and Strategy of the Oyo State chapter of the APC, Olawale Sadare, however said the development is “another shameful act coming from renemies of the good people of the state”.
“Not a few people found it unbelievable to see the picture of the President-elect, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, on Alao-Akala’s campaign posters,” Mr. Sadare said. “Since Wednesday evening when those disgusting posters were sighted in parts of Ibadan, a good number of concerned citizens have been expressing their amazement at the development, Sadare said.
