A Lagos popular pastor, Timothy Gabriel has reportedly bolted with N10million given to him by one of his church member to pray on before he starts a business with it in lagos.
Pastor Timothy Gabriel lives at Jakande Estate, Ejigbo, where he also uses as his church.
PM News reported that the victim got the money as a loan from a bank with an interest, with hopes of starting a new business.
It was learnt that before he went to get the loan from the bank, he had approached his pastor, who he regarded as his spiritual father. The pastor had informed him that he pray to God on his behalf so that the bank will give him the loan.
So when he got the loan, he went to inform his spiritual father again. This time, the pastor asked him to bring the money, saying God revealed to him that the money was blood money and if he used it for the business he intended to use it for, it will not be successful.
The pastor said that he would anoint the money and pray over it for three days before he would be able to use for his new business and the victim in obedience to his spiritual father took the money to him at his home at Jakande Estate which also serves as his church and was told to come back in three days’ time to collect the money.
On the third day, he returned to collect his money but met the shock of his life as the pastor had packed his property and fled with the money.
Then reported the matter to the police at Ejigbo.
