Colors are forms of non verbal communication. It is not a static energy and its meaning can change from one day to the next with any individual. It all depends on what energy they are expressing at that point in time.

No Entry For Migrants, Security Rist-France

The distraught government of France, has denied over 900 migrants, who government authorities claim are ‘security risks’ entry into the country. The French state has also under a three-month state of emergency, banned public demonstrations and empowered their police for far-reaching border and body searches.
The tightening of border controls has been in effect since Nov. 13 attacks, the country’s interior minister Bernard Caveneuve said yesterday.
“Since we brought back border controls, nearly 1,000 people have been denied entry to the national territory because of the risk they represented,” Mr. Cazeneuve said in a speech in Strasbourg.
According to him, 4,000 persons were being questioned at 285 border control points after the assaults in Paris that killed 130 people and were claimed by Islamic State.
He said since the state of emergency started, French police have searched 2,000 houses, detained 212 people for questioning, started 250 judicial procedures and put 312 people under house arrest. Police have also confiscated 318 weapons, including 31 military-grade arms.
Meanwhile, the government of Nigeria has ordered the rescue of polish sailors kidnapped a few days ago by militants in the Niger Delta area of the country.
According to Associated Press, Nigerian security agencies are conducting a “spirited search” for the Polish captain and four crew members abducted from a cargo ship, an official said Saturday.
